How to Choose Artisanal Popsicles for Your Next Event
A good popsicle cart isn't put together at random — it depends on who's eating, how many guests there are, and how hot the day is. This guide helps you decide without guessing.
Start with who's eating
If it's a kids' event, the rule is simple: nothing with liquor. Skip the rum and raisin and the whisky Baileys, and lean on flavors that are easy to recognize — strawberry, mango, Oreo cookie. If it's an adults' event, the liquor flavors are a great part of the mix, alongside the more intense Deluxe options.
Mix both lines
A cart that's all Natural flavors feels healthy but light on indulgence; one that's all Deluxe feels heavy. The combination that works best at events is two or three Natural pops (passion fruit, mango, coconut) alongside three or four Deluxe ones (Oreo cookie, mango with Tajín, chocolate with Nutella) — something light for some guests, dessert for everyone else.
Plan with a margin
A popsicle needs no plate or fork, so people go back for seconds more than you'd expect — especially in the heat. Count on at least one and a half per guest, not exactly one, and stock more of the flavors that go first (mango with Tajín, Oreo cookie).
Plan the cold chain, not just the order
Logistics matter as much as flavor: the pops need to stay frozen right up to serving time. Tell us the date, venue, and guest count ahead of time, and we'll help you size the order and time the delivery so everything arrives ready to serve.
