Don Paletero started in Guatemala in 2019 with one very simple idea: a popsicle should really taste like the fruit in it.
In 2024 we came to Panama, and this is where we make them — with Panamanian fruit and the same standard we have always held: no artificial colors, no synthetic flavorings.
Every popsicle is made by hand, watched from the moment the fruit arrives until it leaves frozen.
